Customer Review: Authentic Punjabi Pop
This CD does what it says in the title. A good selection of contemporary pop sounds from the sub-Continent with a Bhangra feel, with a bit of reggae, rai and Bollywood spice along the way. All the tracks were recorded in India, with excellent sound, and this seperates the selection from some of the more home grown Bhangra CDs. ARC music releases don’t always hit the spot, but this one does.

Sony Shadows of the Colossus [PlayStation2] Sony
Customer Review: One of the best games EVER created!
This game is completely unique. It is unlike anything you will have ever played before.
Basically, the game is about you having to revive a Princess from the dead by killing 16 enormous stone creatures, the Colossi. You must find them by riding around the landscape on your horse, Argo, and using a magic sword to point you in the direction of the Colossus. First things first, let’s talk about the graphics: Fantastic. Best PS2 graphics ever, and this makes the landscapes you ride through look beautiful and stunning. The sound is absent when you’re riding around, only the odd crunch of soil and neigh of the horse. But when you meet a Colossus, the mighty music fit for a movie booms through the game. So both the graphics and sound are 10/10.
But at the end of the day, all that matters are the Colossi. These are truly colossal, no other word for them. You won’t reach their knees, and sometimes their toes. As they rampage through the landscape(or in the sky or underwater,) you feel a certain fear. One: They’re huge. Two: You’ve only got a bow and arrow and a sword to defeat them with, and even defeating these things with a rocket launcher would be hard, so you can imagine how tricky some of these giants can be. Also, you must work out how to kill them yourself, using your brain. You must puzzle out how to climb them and kill them. Once you’ve done this, you’ll be returned to the place you came from, to kill the next one. It might seem a bit flat from reading this review, but this game will fill you with wonder.
Utterly fantastic. You NEED to buy this game, and if you don’t have a PS2…get one.
