Customer Review: Pop? PULEEEZE
After the release of Around The World, I made a pact that I would buy this album and I did. I made the biggest mistake of my life (ok it wasn’t that bad). I sat down and listen to the songs which literally made no sense and some of them were carbon copies of songs which i actually like. Maybe it was the high expectations that made it sound so bad but about 95% of this album is the same old pop you hear every day in the newsagents. If you want a good Pop Album, buy a compilation CD. This CD should not be allowed to pollute other peoples hearing.
Customer Review: Excellent to drive to, not a bad track on the whole CD.
I discovered this album for the first time while travelling to Israel last winter. Two of the tracks in particular (All Around the World & My Heart Beats Like a Drum) were quite common in the bars and clubs. I made a point of buying the CD before leaving Israel and it has since earned a permanent slot on my car autochanger. The music is lively with a strong beat, great to dance to (although its not quite Ibiza-esque)and fabulous for cheering up the dreary morning commute to the office. Lyrical content doesn’t particularly inspire but then that isn’t really the point of this album. I hope the band ATC release more material soon and I would not hesitate to be first in line to buy it. For now though this has to be one of the most played CD’s in my collection. You should make it part of yours.

Ford Street Racing (PS2) Customer Review: Average
Not bad game while you’re waiting for the next in a series of good ones. Starting with an escort or fiesta working up to mustangs and lightening F150’s hardly a head turning game. Few cars and few tracks make this a weekend game, that is it only takes this long to exhaust it. A simple playable game that only needs a couple of days to finish.
Customer Review: Hmmm… reality check
I could review this in a simple sentence.
The aim of the game is to save up enough money to buy a Ford Escort.
OK a slight exaggeration but not too far from the truth.

Don’t get me wrong, this game is not awful. It just has a very short life, few tracks and few cars that are actually fantasy. If I wanted to drive a Fiesta I would go through my front door and go to my grans.

You can’t knock the realism. The cars start first time with no trouble, you can smash them up and then only cost ?500 to repair and they take 30 seconds to hit 97mph. But all this hardly whets the appitite does it?

The team game aspect is an interesting twist. Drifting, the concept of driving close behind a team-mate and reduce your drag thus enabling you to increase your speed, has been done before but not in collaboration. The problem is that you can drift your team mate while they are a small speck on your horizon. Literally 100m away. Rediculous!

Finally, lets put it this way, if your mate bought this game and you had a go you would not want to borrow it… honest!
